• One-Hour Attorney Consultation
• Articles of Incorporation
• Bylaws
• Organizational Minutes for first action of the Board of Directors
• Restricted Stock Purchase Agreements for the Founders, including vesting provisions and transfer restrictions, as well as 83(b) election forms
• Employee and Independent Contractor Confidentiality and Work-Made-for-Hire Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreement to use with vendors and potential business partners
• Qualification to do business in Michigan

• IRS Tax Identification Number
• Minute Book, with formation documents
• Employee and Independent Contractor Confidentiality and Work-Made-for-Hire Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreement to use with vendors and potential business partners
