We offer comprehensive estate and trust administration services, including advising and assisting trustees and probate personal representatives in collecting and preserving trust and estate assets; preparing and filing required court and tax returns; preparing, filing and serving estate and trust accountings and reports; resolving creditor claims; preparing and filing personal and fiduciary income tax returns; and handling the distribution of estate and trust assets.  We can also handle estate and trust litigation which may arise in the course of administration.
